Refund Policy

Service Availability, Pricing and Payments


You represent and warrant that all credit information you provide is accurate, complete, and belongs to you. You agree that all charges you incur will be honored by your credit card company and that you will pay the charges at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.

Once we receive your order, we will check your payment details and service availability before processing your payment. Services are subject to availability. If we cannot provide the booked service, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund if you have already paid for the service.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time your order is received. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our pricing, errors may occasionally occur. If an error in pricing is identified, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot reach you, the order will be treated as canceled. If payment has already been made in case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund, subject to the time limits outlined below. We do not negotiate prices or offer price matches for our services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Online Workshops and Training

  • Up to 30 days before start: 100% refund

  • Up to 10 days before start: 50% refund

  • Up to 5 days before start: 25% refund

  • Less than 5 days before start: No refund

Events, Exclusive Festivals and Retreats

  • Up to 45 days before the event: 100% refund

  • Up to 30 days before the event: 50% refund

  • Less than 30 days before the event: No refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to kontakt@ringo-gossler.de.


All full refunds are subject to a processing fee, which is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
